El Filibusterismo was able to make the readers see the cruelty of the Spaniards many years ago. It also made us feel the sorrow and sufferings of the Filipinos before. Rizal was able to express the dark experiences of the Filipinos through this novel. In which they used it as a tool to stand up and fight for their freedom. They made it as strength to be able to fight against their foe. This just proof that Rizal really deserve to become our national hero.

Rizal's novel the "El Filibusterismo" awakened the Filipinos to fight for their own rights and freedom. It was through the novel that they realized how cruel and evil the Spaniards were to the Filipinos. It inspired them to stop the cruelties of the Spaniards and to have independence as what every Filipino deserve. We should thank all the great Filipinos who fought for the freedom of our country, especially Dr. Jose Rizal and his novels, because if it wasn't for them we wouldn't taste the independence that we have today.
